a poet,

he pens

fervent reminders.

she reads

clicking ‘like’,

collecting each one.

an inner

their conversation.

pure, so

truly fragile

our whispers of love.

his poems

on a bracelet

her reminder each day.

    how delicately
    you pen your poem
    i sigh with delight…

  2. My dear friend, I have nominated you for The Liebster Award! Congratulations! Please visit this link for the rules:

    • thank you so very much for this nomination, i am honored but can we have two? i was nominated a few weeks ago for the Liebster and i’m still working on a”Versatile Blogger’ award.

i guess i should post the symbols on my sidebar so people know, my mistake. 🙂

  3. Oloriel says:

This is a very romantic and sensibile gem of a poem, I cannot help but feel a little bit of sadness tho for you reminded me of the passing of time, “likes” and internet killing of the last remaining handwritten words of love, courting, life and strife.
    Your poem is beautiful.:)

    • Oloriel, you have in your poetic response, captured all that i tried to express in this tiny melancholiy tale.
thank you ….sometimes there are comments that outshine the poem and inspire, yours is one of them.

  4. Kenne says:

Beautiful. so poignant about the dance between a man and a woman, about the lovers’ footsteps and devoted rituals.

    • thank you so much for such kindness, and the warmest welcome to you. and for finding that poem of mine. it was always a secret favorite because there is some history there, the story, a good story of two people i know, who found each other online.

      • that was beautiful & familiar . i hope still a good story.

      • thank you, actually it was about the first friend i had here on WP.
we both were just starting out on our blogs and we just hit it off.
she loved my poems, we would talk to each other on our blogs like
a private chat room, long conversations that would last for hours.
finally we began talking offline, we still do.

the ‘love part’ is fictional, just a little imagination thrown in.

      • that ‘s so sweet. i talked to myself for 10 months & so did muse & yesterday bitterben said he did also. we were all in uncategorized.LOL…i didn’t even know there were people here…why some avatar came by & waved at me every once in a while.

      • yeah, some of us are real out here. *smiling* WP is a different community than the one i previously wrote for, there we had long comment threads that lasted for days. so it was a big adjustment for me here, most folks just like to make one comment and then, that’s it. i like to chat, and the friends who visit me here do also.

      • court tv was a long comment thread that lasted for days or months in 2004 when i stopped, until i came here last year.
if i don’t answer i’m not being rude i just couldn’t see what address i typed, so tell me,if you write.

      • even though i was talking to myself, 1 day i woke up & there were 347 people reading story i wrote about a little girl /putt putt….i guess the national news didn’t cover it.

  5. i missed the headline too, if they did. so where is this story of yours?

  6. BeWithUs says:

    Cheers~ 😀

    • really? i thought it would be so easy once i began looking
for the ‘right’ bracelet pic, but it took me 2 days to find this one.

please let me know when you do, i love charm bracelets!

      • BeWithUs says:

Well, at least the two day effort has paid off…that is really one good looking bracelet pic…

I’ve not make any charm bracelet before but this pic did somehow inspired me to try making one because my baby sis love charm bracelets too… 😀

Will share with you if I managed to succeed…Thank you very much for wanting to know. Appreciated it!

        Cheers!! 😀

      • you are most welcome.

yes, please let me know, ’cause i have someone i’d like to give it to.

      • BeWithUs says:

        Aww….sure, not a problem! Cheers~ 😀

  7. This poem has a rhythm and a crispness that combined with the sentiment is really nice. Reading it outloud makes me smile.
