Each day should bring up a sense of renewal. It would be like picking up the edge of the ocean, shaking it out a bit, and letting it find its place again. This is a beautiful poem that gently reminded me of the need for self-renewal each moment, each day. Take care.

    • i am so humbled that my words have resonated again with you my friend, you honor me yet again, ty for this.
and with my heart opening a bit more each day, the return of that childlike curiosity, the awe and the sheer wonder of it all. that’s why i love that GIF so much, it’s so perfect.

      • yes, we shook out our rugs in our small backyard in Brooklyn as well, back in the day. πŸ™‚
that GIF is one of those pieces of art that i wish i had created, it will always represent the pure curiosity of a child, fearless in whatever they would find. thank you again my friend, we will visit again i’m sure of it.

    • yes, you are so right, ‘everything in its time’, unfortunately scathing self criticism has been a lifelong struggle of mine. only recently have i begun accepting myself, flaws and all. love did that for me, that’s why i write about it so often. *smiles* and thank you for your kind words.
